Full page screenshot option missing in Safari on iPhone 14 Pro Max

Hi,

Since the Apple introduced Full Page screenshots within Safari, I have constantly used this option on my both my iPhone XS and 14 Pro Max’s, without any issues. However, at some point in the iOS 18 updates this stopped working on my 14 Pro Max. I spoke with Apple Support in May 2025, the Technicians at all three levels (1 to 3), there was no success with any of their resolutions. Since that contact I’ve not heard back from them with any resolutions. I’m just wondering if there’s anyone who may know how to fix it as it’s becoming a pain taking copious amounts of screenshots. The image included shows what I want in pic 1 and what I get when I perform a screenshot.
