Garage door no longer showing after upgrade to IOS26/Carplay 26

With previous IOS 18 and carplay when in the region of my home (within 1/2 mile) on carplay multi view screen my garage door would be displayed (it is a Meross opener under Homekit) and I could open or close it touching the icon.

Ever since I updated to IOS 26 and carplay 26 this week when in carplay multi view my garage door is no longer displayed. Most recent app such as calendar is in the lower corner where garage door used to be. I can hold on calendar and select not show for this drive but it isn't replaced by my garage door icon.

I can add my garage door opener it in widgets and use it by going full left to view widgets.

How do I get my garage door back in the main multi view screen of carplay?
