Trouble with app-specific password - can't revoke, can't add one



My Apple account shows that I have an A-SPW but I don't know what or where it is located.

The Outlook iCloud notation says iCloud Disconnected sign in

Microsoft sync technology

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.6
