iPhone 14 Pro overheating after iOS 26 update

After the iOS 26 update was released i thought it would be a great update but after after installing it on my iPhone 14 pro I’m facing severe heating issues just after light tasks like messaging and browsing . This wasn’t an issue prior the update i wish apple please fix this problem in the next update.

If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support


Your iPhone is busy work hard with all the new update information and it’s normal for it to heat some for a bit.

Hello, this OP as you asked my battery health is currently at 89%


I have already forced restarted my phone as you mentioned it kinda worked but again it’s overheating after 20-40 minutes of use


And I didn’t receive any notification from the system for my phone being overheated despite the warning the phone was considerably very hot at that moment
