Random song skipping in Apple Music on MacBook Air M4

Got a brand new MacBook Air M4. I was using Sequoia I would select a song in a playlist and you could visually see the music app skip down several songs and then play that song it stopped on. It was not doing this to all songs or playlists. I then updated to Tahoe (26) and now instead of skipping it just want play it. I can stream the song...sometimes.
