Contact pictures during income/outcome calls are small instead full screen on watch. WatchOS 26

Before installing watchOS 26 and iOS 26, contact pictures during incoming and outgoing calls were displayed full screen. Now, these pictures are small and circular. Is this a software bug, or is it a new design change?

Contact are on Google account. Pictures are setup as poster on iPhone not avatar. Everything worked in full screen on Apple Watch Ultra 2 on WatchOS 11 and IOS 18.
