Apple Intelligence not appearing on iPhone 16 Pro Max in UK

Hi,

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 26. I’m located in the UK and my device language and Siri language are set to English (United Kingdom).

Apple Intelligence is supposed to be available in the UK, but I still can’t see the Apple Intelligence settings anywhere in my device.

Could you please help me understand why it’s not appearing and how I can enable it?
