In iPhone safari, how to block or remove open in messages popup

In iPhone 15 pro max , in safari I am going to a website and clicking on some info and I do see this pop up message as open in "messages"? All the time . is there any way we can disable this pop up? In settings safari , tried to enable and disable block pop ups, but it did not help
