Will I lose my music when switching to Apple Music Family?

Ok, so I read a lot of community posts on here about transferring an individual Apple Music account to Family, and I saw that you don’t have to cancel your individual subscription to transfer into Apple Music Family and that it would transfer automatically. I didn’t know that at the time, so I canceled my individual subscription after the Family one was purchased by my mom. Because I did that, will I end up losing my music or will it still transfer anyways?

It may be lost. When the Family subscription kicks in for you, depending on how long your individual has been cancelled for it may not be able to keep the music. Apple does not publish specific times for this, so prepare to lose anything you added to your library form the subscription service.

Also note that if the family subscription was just activated and in free trial mode, you won't get access to it until after the free trial is over.
