I cannot download anything from icloud

10 mins ago i turn off sync my documents and desktop option from icloud and all of my documents from my mac has gone. I tried to to download them for icloud but now i cannot download anything. In the morning i saw my documents were waiting for download and ı also cannot delete anything form my mac. Please help.
