iOS Safari's user agent string still stuck at iOS 7

The year is 2025. Got my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. Transfer all data from my iPhone 11. The user agent still stuck at iOS7. This problem makes me unable to login my Google account and blocks me from accessing some modern websites.

Dear Apple, please at lease provide a button to reset my Safari user agent to the current default value.

And please don't ask me to do a factory reset, I don't want to lose my app data. I know this will not happened in a new iPhone or iPad. My iPad works perfectly fine.
