Outlook email address I didn’t create

Hello everyone, I have never owned iPhone before. I currently have iphone15. I’ve had hardest times me setting up email addresses. Somehow I have an outlook email acct that I didn’t create. Is it possible iPhone system generated it for me? I’m just learning about aliases. Email address created is really ok as far as name but I have no idea what password is & don’t have any of the methods set up to retrieve password. Since I didn’t create it should I beware & delete it then create a new one myself for security reasons? I was constantly being hacked by viruses & Trojan on my Samsung phones was my sole purpose of changing to iPhone even though I knew I was gona have a difficult time just setting it up but am determined to learn but I can’t seem to even ask Siri the correct questions to get help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
