Friend’s Apple Music profile is blank and won’t stay blocked

Hi! I am an apple music user and i have been facing issues regarding following one specific account if my friend’s. if i get shared any of their playlists on messages yes i can see and save them, but when i click on their profile, its all blank. All i see is profile picture, name and username and three buttons on top right. And if i block the user from the top right, its gets unblocked in 2 seconds. What should i be doing to fix this? I used to follow this account then later blocked for some weeks after which i am here right now.
