I'm trying to use Migration Assistant to migrate from an M1 Mac Mini to an M4 Mac Mini, both running the latest Tahoe. I've tried it multiple ways, using Ethernet, Wi-Fi and a direct Thunderbolt connection. Each time, after I get to the part where a number is displayed on both computers, the "from" computer displays this message:
"Unable to use this machine for migration. A startup networking error occurred. Please restart this machine and try again later."
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
