Cannot Get AppleTV to See/Share Music Playlists

Mac Mini4 Running 18.7 and AppleTV 4K running latest OS.

I only have one itunes/music account, all on one wifi - in fact, AppleTV is physically about 100 feet from Mac in the same room.

Music Sharing is ON in the Mac.

I am NOT on Apple Music but have only purchased itunes/music tracks plus tracks from my CD. Itunes/music on app works fine, syncs with iphone, no issues.

AppleTV "re-tries" to find find my playlist but says there's nothing to share.

Is there a setting in MUSIC I'm missing? Thanks.
