Picture in Picture no longer working with iPadOS 26

Picture in Picture is a very important feature for me while working on my iPad, but since upgrading to iPadOS 26, it no longer works. I’ve Googled the issue, made sure the appropriate settings were in place, restarted the iPad, reinstalled apps…no luck. This seems to be a bug in the OS that I hope Apple fixes right away, because this is super aggravating. Anyone else run into this problem?
