Portrait orientation issue in Safari and YouTube after iOS 26 update on iPhone 12 Pro

Has anyone noticed an issue after updating to iOS 26 where videos in Safari no longer rotate to vertical (portrait) mode? Additionally, the YouTube app now only allows vertical rotation in one direction, but not the other.

Just checking if this is happening to others or if it’s just me. For reference, portrait orientation lock is turned off on my device.
