Does anyone know how to get rid of this from the Spotlight settings in the System Settings app? I have uninstalled absolutely everything related to the Goodlinks app but this still remains and it is driving me crazy. I've searched and can't find any solutions.

Have you tried and restart the mac to see if the issues persist?
Did you try starting up in Safe Mode, compare your results, then boot again normally?

Yes I have restarted multiple times and it’s still there. I’ve also gone through the file system and deleted every file relating to Goodlinks and still no good.
Yes, just tried safe mode. The issue is still there in safe mode as in the picture above. Logged back in out of safe mode and still there also.
