Shortcut - notification when arriving somewhere every wednesday

I want to create a shortcut that would send me a notification, maybe a text, when I arrive at a specific location on every Wednesday morning. I just updated my iphone to the latest Ios26.

I tried to get help from Chat GPT and Google AI, but both couldn’t figure it out.

Any one able to help?

Hi there,

You need to create a personal automation in Shortcuts:

Tap Automation (bottom center).
Tap "+" (top right).
Choose Arrive. Tap "Choose" and set the specific location.
Tap Run Immediately to check it.
Tap Next (top right).
Tap Create New Shortcut.
Use the following actions (Date, Format Date, If and Send Message). In the last action (Send Message), change the message and tap Recipients to predefine the recipients (yourself, in this case).
