iOS 26 Safari right-side keyboard not switching to numbers and characters

I use the keyboard on the right side in Safari, and after updating to iOS 26, switching to numbers and other characters does not work. It works elsewhere. Please advise. Thank you.

It is the same for me and it is same with lefty keyboard aswell in the notes app and other built in iPhone apps like mail etc. But other apps like Messenger and Snapchat works.

It is still the same after iOS 26.0.1

i Will soon start to regret that update to ios 26 😔
