I lost all the pictures during new iphone set up

Please can anyone help me? I was upgrading my iphone yesterday, i did everything as instruction said so i transferred data from old to a new phone and i had all the pics form 2021 until now transferred however, for some reason probably because of icloud my both phones connected and when i was deleting pictures on old phone, not only pics but voice memo and notes everything was disparaging on new phone as well. I didn't know that, i cleared old phone upgraded system and went to sleep. Somehow data disappeared also on new phone and icloud. I checked icloud and is empty, both phones are still connected, when i make a picture on one, it shows also in another one. Is there anyone who knows how to restore my memories?

That was unnecessary and would delete iCloud Photos everywhere.

You will have to go to the Recently Deleted album, either on that phone or in iCloud.com, and restore them back

iCloud Photo Library with synchronize across all connected devices. When you manually deleted them from the old phone, they were deleted everywhere.

Look in the recently deleted folder and restore them from there.

By default iCloud Photos and iCloud backup are on, if you turn them off, you take the risk. With then on your photos cannot just disappear, unless you syncd them onto the phone from a computer.

Unfortunately they are not there, not even in recently deleted.They vanished. Is it not possible to somehow bring them back, there must be some sort of track of those files.
