My emails, messages, messenger aren’t automatically going from iPhone to iPad. iPad not showing latest posts

For emails, assuming you are using the default Apple mail App, make sure the email account has been added to both devices in Settings ➜ Apps ➜ Mail ➜ Mail Accounts.
For Apple's Messages app verify both devices are logged in to the same Apple ID in Settings ➜ Apps ➜Messages ➜ Send & Receive ➜ Apple Account.
For Messenger, I assume you mean Facebook Messenger, contact Facebook for help and verify you are using the same Facebook account.
