Persistent iCloud Service Disruptions in Kazakhstan (Beeline Provider)

I am experiencing serious issues with iCloud services that started around 04.09.2025 and are still ongoing. The problem is not occasional — iCloud either does not work at all or works with constant interruptions.
Here are the details:
Synchronization problems
- Calendar events and Notes are not syncing between devices.
- The iCloud section in device settings often does not load.
- Files in iCloud Drive sync very inconsistently.
Access issues
- The website iCloud.com does not open at all from my network.
Troubleshooting already done
- Reset network settings on iPhone and MacBook.
- Updated router configuration.
- Tested both home Wi-Fi (fiber internet) and mobile data — the issue occurs on both.
- Tried using alternative DNS servers (Google and Cloudflare) — no effect.
Temporary restoration
- On 17.09.2025, at around 10:00 (Kazakhstan time), iCloud suddenly started working: I was able to back up my iPhone, sync Notes, Calendar, and Files. However, approximately 3 hours later, access was lost again.
Other notes
- I am located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and my internet service provider is Beeline.
- Software updates for iPhone (iOS 26) and MacBook (macOS Tahoe) were delivered without any problems, which suggests this is not a general connectivity issue.
At this point, I am inclined to believe that the issue is not caused by my devices or network configuration but rather by problems on iCloud’s side (possibly regional).
Could you please confirm whether there are any known iCloud disruptions affecting users in Kazakhstan, specifically with Beeline, and advise what steps I should take?
