iPhone showing "Apple Support Diagnostics" without contact—what's going on?

If my wording offends anyone, please forgive me, English is not my native language.

My iPhone shows a button in Settings that says: “Start Apple Support Diagnostics. Apple Support technicians have registered this iPhone for a diagnostics session.”

The problem is, I don’t know why this appears. I haven’t contacted Apple Support recently. Honestly, this is the second time it has happened — the first time was in late August. Whenever it shows up, I usually reach out to Apple Support and ask them to run another diagnostic session to “overwrite” the current one, but it never works. The button still stays there.

I’m a bit worried whether this could cause a privacy or data leakage issue. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

For reference: I’ve already contacted the Apple Privacy Team, but so far there hasn’t been any concrete result.
