Post a screenshot of the green battery graph with the last 24 hours option set, along with at least the top 5 apps consuming the battery at Settings > Battery.
I assume this is on your iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18 as seen in the tagline.
The graph seems to show an acceptable discharge rate. In 12 hours from 6am to 6pm used about 50%. It shows variable usage presumably depending how you were using the device from time to time. It doesn’t appear to show a 20% discharge in a very short time span. Even when the level gets into the red zone below 20% that seems to run about 2 hours more before you started charging.
All looks good. The goal is to have all day battery life and you will want to charge your phone all night, every night. Note that if you are using a Charge Limit of 80%, you have already given up 1/5th of your use time during the day. Nothing there shows you lost 20% of your battery in 10 minutes.
The battery is expected to last 1000 charge cycles until the Battery Health falls below 80%, where you will need to have it replaced by Apple or Authorized Apple Service Provider. As the Battery Health drops, your daily use time will also decrease.
