Predictive Text for emoji not working

After all the trouble shooting, toggling on/off predictive text in keyboards, turning phone off and on, shutting everything down and closing all apps…I am out of options. I deleted the emoji and all other keyboards and reinstalled. But nothing is working to bring my predictive text back. It’s blank blank! I have an iPhone 14 with updated IOS. Thank you.
