airpods max 2020 not connecting

my airpods max won’t connect, to my iphone or macbook i’ve been trying to connect my airpods max 2020, to my phone i’ve even tried to update my phone to ios 26 and my macbook too, it doesn’t work when i tap on the noise canceling button, it doesn’t work, i’ve used the noise canceling button & volume button so many times it doesn’t work to reset it anymore
