Some games saying “Multiplayer Restricted” even though there are no restrictions on my device

For the past few days, I have been attempting to play the game “What The Clash.” However, upon attempting to play, the game displays the message “Multiplayer Restricted. Please check your screen time restrictions.” Upon reviewing my screen time restrictions, I have found that there are no restrictions in place. Consequently, I am unable to complete the game. If anyone could provide assistance in resolving this issue, I would be extremely grateful.
