Alarms not turning on and delayed notifications on iPhone

My alarms don't turn on. None of them work. When I wake up by myself and unlock my phone, a notification with a delayed alarm immediately appears and the 9-minute countdown starts. There are not even notifications from other alarms in the deferred ones.
