Spotify kept SharePlay when Facetime without it being on

Every time I have FaceTime call, the Spotify will automatically Shareplay and/or showing SharePlay the pop-up. I would click cancel or pause the music, after 2 seconds the music will start playing on top of FaceTime again. And there is no fixing it, mind you the SharePlay wasn’t even activated. And this has been happening with my old iPhone also.
