iPhone 16 Pro Max WhatsApp and Microsoft Authenticator password issues during restore

Had to perform a factor reset on the iPhone 16 Promax. I checked that WhatsApp and Microsoft authenticator were backed up in iCloud.

After rest, when it came time to check, neither worked during the restore process. On WhatsApp, somehow the end-to-end encryption was on, I swear I don't recall setting that to On... but the password is not being accepted. I cannot remember which password was being used for Apple two years ago, 8. xx GB of data. I have tried all the passwords I have used on the Apple site and no luck. I removed then re-install the app.... I see the morning backup still there, but I cannot see it in iCloud. I want to download the back up and see how to restore it.

Same situation with Microsofot Authenticator, darn password.

Any ideas, suggestions, I am open and grateful read and listen.
