AppleTV app won't play any video in Windows 11

My AppleTV app normally works just fine, but now if I try to play anything, it immediately closes the video. It also won't let me download any content, and I get error code -16849. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, de-authorizing and re-authorizing my computer, and disabled NVIDIA overlay, all to no avail. I'd rather not stream from a browser as most of my purchased content is 4k. Thanks!
