Low music volume from Apple Watch to my AirPods

so I have an Apple Watch 5 AirPods 4 and an iPhone. When I listen to music from my iPhone to my AirPods no issues nice and loud. When I listen to music from my watch to my AirPods there isn’t any volume. Super low not fun. My telephone conversations are louder than my music. Is there anyway I can fix this?
