My phone does not have Call Screening option in phone apps settings

I just updates to ios 26 and when I open my settings>apps>phone I don’t see the call screening option, though my app message does have message screening. I want to know how will I enable call screening if I don’t see it in my phone app in settings? I’m using iPhone 15 Pro. Thank you!
