If Music track metadata is changed, will the entire track be backed up in an incremental Time Machine backup?

I'm changing the name format I've been using for classical music composers and this will involve thousands of tracks. I'm wondering if changing a composer will cause the entire track to be backed up via incremental Time Machine backup; that is, is the metadata store in the same file as the actual music with which it's associated? I understand the file/folder implications for changes to album name and album artist but am wondering about other values modifiable via the "info" window. Not that it matters, I know Time Machine can handle it; I'm just curious about how this works.
