Music recognition (Shazam) is not working iOS 26

Updated my iPhone 16 Plus to iOS 26 RC on September 8th and noticed a strange thing. Music recognition shortcuts are not responding either in Control Center or Lock Screen. Moreover, Action Button settings don't have the music recognition option at all. I thought it was some kind of a software failure, but no one seems to have a similar issue. Updated iPhone to iOS 26 on September 15th and the problem is still there... Shazam only works from the app. I've tried all this stuff with bold text and etc., erased the phone several times - nothing helps. Maybe someone has such an issue and knows how to fix it?

P.S. iPad on iPadOS 26 works great, no problems. It just has something to do with iPhone.
