iPhone 15 Pro Max keeps restarting after iOS 26 update

Assuming your daily iCloud Backup is working you should reset it in Recovery Mode and try to set it up without accessing the backup.

If it still does it, it is broken. Have it looked at after erasing all data and setting

If it does not do it, erase the phone again and set up using the backup. If it does it again then it is your own software.

Compensate you? No. Things can wrong on electronic devices anytime. Your car manufacturer won't compensate you if your car has an issue either.

You're right. The last thing i'd expect a multi-billion dollar corporation is to compensate it's customers after releasing a faulty OS breaking a 1k+ phone that is only 2 years old.
