On iOS 26 there is a constant call failure and mobile Internet does not work from the SIM card. I tried all the ways to solve this problem, but nothing worked. It is also impossible to roll back because there is no backup copy. Model 14 plus.

Apparently a lot of people are havig this issue. What I noticed on my iphone se 3rd is when I went to settings>apps>phone>click default apps> scroll down and it says facetime as the default app BUT if u click on facetime under that area in this same section it will switch itself to phone app. So it might be a bug or glitch Im not sure.
What did you cellular carrier have to say. They were part of the troubleshooting steps you tried, correct? They are responsible for your connection to their network.
