Belkin 42W charger causing excessive heat on iPhone

I’m using belkin 42W usb c PD wall charger with pps it has 2 ports 12 W for usb A and 30 W for usb c

i noticed that phone gets much hotter when in charging progress

will it harm the phone or it’s normal as it’s already one of the accepted supported charger
