Stop apple tv+ app on macOS from auto downloading movies

Every time I pre-order a movie, the next time I start TV+ app on macOS, it auto starts to download it to my Mac. It keeps doing this every time I reopen the ATV+ app. BTW it won't let me click the "Do not ask me again" box

I get a this message box:

I've unticked the boxes in settings so it shouldn't do this but it still does.

Anyone got any ideas what I'm missing?
