iMessage automatically signing out once launched in an infinite loop rendering it unusable.

Can someone at apple Tech please find out precisely what is causing this, inform your faithful customers of the same, and issue a precise fix for the problem other than the normal mindless recommendations (check your internet, update your software, etc., and if not, call tech support). When we call tech support, they have no idea what is causing this problem that thousands of users are now experiencing simultaneously. They admit that they are getting many calls customers suddenly facing this issue. You guys owe this much to you faithful customers. Apple's Tech support is supposed to be superior to all others. Let's prove it.
