Wiped my Mac and accidentally deleted Macintosh HD

I accidentally deleted Macintosh HD trying to redownload it, MacOS Ventura. Each time I do, it goes through the process then says “An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again.”

Please help

MacBook Air (M1, 2020)
