Is macos 15.7 compatible with safari 26
I upgraded my mac to Sequoia 15.7, and Software Update is offering Safari 26. My Mac isn't compatible with MacOs 26, so want to make sure Safari 26 is compatible.

Yes, Safari 26 is compatible and runs in macOS 15.7 Sequoia.
It is but I do not like how they handle the bookmarks in the side bar (they collapse each time you close and restart Safari). Very annoying.
Thank you! Maybe I'll wait for a .1 release that fixes the bookmarks!
I finally figured out how to keep the bookmarks in the side bar. Need to click on the "..." menu at the top right of the sidebar and select compact and uncheck show folders on top.
No. It's still buggy. Address bar doesn't work in compact mode etc.
