No sound for alarm on apple watch series 10

My Apple watch was working fine until a couple days ago when all of a sudden the sound for my alarm was not playing all I get is the vibration for the alarm. I haven't touched any of the settings and the sound is on and haptics is on as well. I do have sleep on from 9:30pm to 5:00am and that's the only time Do not Disturb is on. I haven't touch the Focus settings or anything else it just stopped playing the sound all by itself. I am running IOS 26 but the problem started before I updated my watch. Any suggestions on what i can do to get the sound working again? I have restarted my watch and it didn't help.
