Will Apple Watch Series 5 pair with iPhone with iOS 26?

Before updating my iPhone to IOS 26.0 I would like to know if my apple watch series 5 will still pair with it; series 5 is not updatable to watchOS 26.0 and only supports watchOS 10.

(the watch does work ok with IOS 18.x)
