Homekit - Location not available

My location says "location not available" on my wife's iphone when she tries to create a location based automation in apple home.

She can see my location in the find my app however.

I've tried resetting all my location based settings, restarted our phones, apple tv we use a hub etc.

No luck.

Is there anything else we can try before starting up a new home to see if this will resolve the issue?
