The Settings window is stuck, and I keep getting endless notifications about the new Terms and Conditions.

have you tried to scroll to the end of it? at times one can accept before indicating one had read it

I don’t see the Terms and Conditions. When I click on the notification, the Settings window opens and then gets stuck. That’s all.
