Again with usb drive issues after ventura update

This is the third time i come into this forum to ask the same question : is there any fix for "usb drive not accessed on intel macbook since ventura update around april 2024"?

I have tried every suggested fix (nvram, smc reset, ..)

I wanted to downgrade to an earlier version or even to monterrey to undo what caused the issue, but i had to save using "usb derive". For the cloud I don't trust it.

I wanted to know, if i do the recovery mode, will i lose the data?
