Can iOS Mail be switched to Light Mode for specific messages with invisible text in Dark Mode?

It seems that iOS Mail cannot be switched to light mode for some messages.

Some mails are made with transpatent background and black letters, this text is invisible in case the phone is in dark mode. The only option is to switch the whole UI to light mode.

This should be fixed, either the app could detect that the html formatting will result in invisible text, or the user could have a switch to toggle light mode for that one message.
