Unlocking a decade-old iPad with forgotten Apple ID

Ipad 2 (I'm guessing) has been locked for almost a decade, my grandfather forgot his original Apple ID since he's been switching phones from time to time, now I can't unlock it through my macbook

Original Title: My grandfather left me his ipad2, now that ipad is under account lock but he forgot both his email and password. I need help unlocking the ipad
